The output power of the photovoltaic array changes with factors such as light intensity and temperature. The frequency converter can monitor the output power of the photovoltaic array in real time and automatically adjust the operating point to ensure that it always works near the maximum power point, thereby maximizing the utilization efficiency of solar energy.
Through precise algorithms and control strategies, the maximum power point can be tracked quickly and accurately to ensure that the photovoltaic system can perform at its best under different environmental conditions.
Motor speed control:
The speed of the water pump motor can be adjusted according to actual needs to achieve precise control of flow. For example, in an irrigation system, the flow of the water pump can be automatically adjusted according to soil moisture and crop water demand to achieve the purpose of water and energy conservation.
Provide multiple speed control methods, such as constant voltage speed control and constant current speed control, to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Protection functions:
Overvoltage protection: When the output voltage of the photovoltaic array is too high, the frequency converter will automatically cut off the input to protect the equipment from damage.
Overcurrent protection: Monitor the output current. Once it exceeds the set value, protective measures will be taken immediately to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned.
Overheat protection: Monitor the internal temperature of the frequency converter. When the temperature is too high, the output power will be automatically reduced or the operation will be stopped to prevent the equipment from being damaged by overheating.
Short-circuit protection: In the event of a fault such as output short circuit, the output will be quickly cut off to protect the system safety.
